FAQ
Everything you need to know about Moral Kombat — what it is, how debates work, how debaters get paid, and how the votes, Coins, and gifts all fit together.
General
Moral Kombat is a live 1-on-1 online debate platform where two people argue opposite sides of a question, a live audience votes on the winner, and the best debaters earn real money from the crowd. It's a spectator sport for ideas, built by SyQuest Labs LLC.
Watching debates is completely free and you don't need an account to watch. You only sign in when you want to vote, tip a debater, or step into the arena yourself.
No. Moral Kombat at moralkombat.gg is a live online debate platform operated by SyQuest Labs LLC. It is unrelated to any similarly named nonprofit, ethics program, or older game.
Anything people actually argue about: politics, society, ethics, religion and philosophy, relationships, money and business, and more. You can pick from existing topics or propose your own when you create a debate.
For debaters
Debaters earn from tips and gifts the live audience sends during a debate, and keep 80% of the value. Viewers buy Coins and spend them on you in real time, and those Coins convert to real earnings in your wallet.
Moral Kombat keeps a 20% commission on tips and gifts. Debaters keep the other 80%.
Once your available balance passes the $100 minimum payout, you can withdraw it, and the net amount is shown before you confirm. Withdrawals go to the payment method on file in your debater wallet.
No. You can start a debate and post it as an open challenge for anyone to accept, or accept a challenge that's already waiting in the arena.
Each debate covers five questions, with timed rounds for each side plus rebuttals and audience voting between questions. See the full format on How It Works for the exact timing.
No experience required. Pick a topic, pick your side, and step in. The format keeps the structure fair so you can focus on your argument.
For spectators
Just open any live or upcoming debate from the arena. Watching is free and requires no account.
You vote for the side that made the stronger case, both between questions and once at the end. The audience decides the winner, not judges and not the platform.
Coins are Moral Kombat's in-arena currency. You buy Coins and spend them to tip debaters and send gifts during a live debate.
Tips and gifts are ways to back a debater you believe in during a debate. They show up live in the arena and become real earnings for the debater, who keeps 80% of the value.
Coins are sold in bundles, starting at 500 Coins for $4.99, with larger bundles including bonus Coins. The current ladder is Starter 500 / $4.99, Contender 1,050 / $9.99 (Most Popular), Pro 2,750 / $24.99, Champion 5,750 / $49.99, and Legend 12,000 / $99.99. Current prices are always shown at checkout and on the Pricing page.
Fair play and trust
Every debate is moderated, and the same rules apply to both debaters. Moderators enforce the rules, not the outcome, and the audience always decides the winner.
Moral Kombat runs integrity checks that watch for vote manipulation and fraudulent tipping, so results and earnings stay legitimate. Serious violations can lead to removed votes, withheld earnings, and a permanent ban.
Harassment, hate, threats, and arguing in bad faith. Challenge ideas, never people. Crossing those lines gets you removed. Full details are in our Community Guidelines.
