Moral Kombat is a service operated by SyQuest Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our").
1. What you're buying
Moral Kombat sells Coins — a virtual currency you can use inside the Service to send Gifts and access certain features. As described in our Terms of Use, Coins are a limited license to use a digital feature. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
When you buy Coins or use them to send a Gift, you are purchasing a digital item that is delivered to your account immediately.
2. All sales are generally final
Because Coins and Gifts are digital items delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the Coins are added to your account or a Gift has been sent.
Where the law gives you a statutory right to cancel or be refunded (for example, certain consumer-withdrawal rights in the EU/UK), those rights still apply. By buying Coins and asking for immediate delivery, you acknowledge that delivery begins right away and that any statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery is complete.
3. Accidental, unauthorized, or duplicate charges
We want billing to be fair. Contact us at support@moralkombat.gg if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase,
- you were charged but the Coins never arrived in your account, or
- you believe a purchase was made without your authorization (for example, by a child using your device).
Tell us within 14 days of the charge and include your account email and the approximate date and amount. We'll review and, where appropriate, correct or refund the charge.
4. Failed deliveries
If a technical problem on our side takes payment but fails to deliver your Coins or Gift, we'll either deliver what you paid for or refund that purchase.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card provider before contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. Reaching out to us first is almost always faster — most billing issues are simple to fix directly.
6. Debater earnings and payouts
Props and debater recognition are not currently redeemable for cash, and debater payouts are not yet available. If that changes, the eligibility, minimums, fees, timing, and tax handling that apply will be described here before any payouts are offered.
7. Price and availability changes
Prices for Coins and the items they unlock may change over time. We may also add, modify, or remove virtual items, as described in the Terms of Use. Changes are not retroactive to purchases you've already made.
